Threading and Waxing

Cancellation: At least 24 hours advance notice is required when cancelling, changing or rescheduling an individual guest appointment. Clients who repeatedly do not make their scheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice of may be required to pay a deposit at the time of future scheduling which is nonrefundable if the appointment is not kept. If you breach the cancellation policy, your credit card would be charged for the service fee.

Late Arrival: Please be aware that late arrivals will not be extended of scheduled treatments. Please arrive on time for your scheduled services. Appointments missed by 15 mins will be canceled or rescheduled.

Use: Use of all Vitamin A derivatives, such as: Retin-A, Retin-A micro, Renova, Differin, and Tazorac at least 48 hours before coming for any kind of Facial, advanced skin treatment or Waxing services

Waxing Services

We need at least three (3) weeks of hair growth to ensure the most successful service with the least amount of discomfort. This includes trimming of the hairs, shaving, and tweezing

Gratuity: We do not calculate gratuity in our rates. It is given at customer's own discretion.

Children: Children from ages 0-5 are not permitted in the treatment rooms during services due to hazardous conditions. We require that anyone under age 18 should be accompanied by adults.

Cell Phones:

We want to provide an environment for which our clients may relax. Please turn off or silence your cell phones upon arrival.

Refund: Money is not refundable for any services
